Stylo Melanie Laura Aven Blade Jay Tempest LakeShaera As the Pack pressed forward, and she'd have finished her song. Shaera felt a nuddge, and when Aven spoken in a curiously way. 'What are you singing?' To answer the question, Shaera started to say the words. "We are life, the very sole of Mother Earth, we are joy, the very heart of her, we are song, the wolves of light, we are hope.." She smiles. "That is the song my mother sang to me and Maliki. In our birth Pack, we sang and wrote a very old language. Mostly sang, but I loved to do both. I never met my pack before, but I do remember that our Mother taught us the old ways.." She smiles and continued to humm the melody. Mentioned Pack Addressed Aven Note

Laura quickly padded after the leader with a little bounce in her step. She was happy to leave the area but tried not to show it just in case anyone happened to feel sad about leaving.Laura couldn't control the small smile that came across her face as she listened to the leader's voice singing softly.'I sure do love hearing leople sing.'

' I sure do love hearing people sing.' Shaera nodded, she smiles as they trotted. Forgetting about the harsh winds. Getting a whiff of something from the brittle wind, Shaera stops in mid step. Bending her neck to the ground, she follows the scent to a small den. Creeping into the small hole in the ground beside a small bush. The cramped space made her feel uncomfortable, feeling her way with her wolfy type whiskers. She feels the tunnel enlarge into a small cave. Seeing multiple tunnels come through into this one, she yips in joy going back to the cramped hole in the earth. "I found something!" A realization comes to Shaera, she was in her mid-step as before she had put her nose to the ground.. Blinking her eyes a couple times, she was at the hole again. Shaking her pelt, she trots to the pack dazzed but joyfull. "Come look! I think I found something... Unless it was a mirage."

SORRELThe willowy auburn male perked his ears up and tilted his head. "A thing?" he said, his voice excited. Maybe too excited. Maybe a little desperate for action. Sorrel swished his tail in a hearty wag and followed after Shaera. Whatever the excitement meant, it could mean food. Or shelter. Or water. Anything. Anything other than this desolate expanse. Even a bush. A GREEN bush.

Stylo Melanie Laura Aven Blade Jay Tempest LakeShaera Shaera walked to the little cave opening. While Blade and Sorrel padded swiftly behind her, leaving the pack to scout out the cave. "I think there is a cave system in here.." She went into the cramped space once again, seeing that it was not a mirage. "See, what I tell ya.. It's a tunnel system!" She yipped with a raspy voice. :Maybe there will be a way to a water source?" She says while in the small echoing cave. Addressed: Stylo (Sorrel) and Blade AvenNotes: Caves anyone? Aven
Aven poked her head into the tunnel opening, sniffing the air carefully. " There better not be some badger in here or somethin'.." Grumbling, she pushed herself further into the chilly underground system, past Blade and Sorrel, coming to stand beside Shaera whilst enjoying the cool air after the burning heat outside, before pausing - her ears perking up at a sound. " Hey.. do you hear that?" she murmured, angling her head towards one of the tunnels leading into unknown darkness. " That... rushing sound?"

The lass trotted briskfully aside Shaera as the pack headed off. However, within only a few miles, the pack had stumbled upon a cave opening in which held nothing but vacancy. Jaysiri inhaled sharply as her ears twitched, aiming to keep a keen alert on the neighboring terrain. Trailing behind her leader, they were in the caves as other voices echoed about it's system, however, the questioning of one of the elder's caught Jay's attention. "That... rushing sound?" The golden she-wolf felt a light tinge of excitement as for she knew exactly what the vibrating sound was within the system. Shifting her glare over towards Aven, she retorted deeply, "Water. The sound is... water."

Stylo Melanie Laura Aven Blade Jay Tempest LakeShaera 'Water. The sound is... water' A ringing sound came to her ear's.. The sound... Oooh how How to here it again. Her muzzle started to foam up a bit at the thought, licking it quickly of her dry mouth, and raspily talking to the wolves in the caves. "Go and tell the pack we found something, tell them to come down here. I will scout ahead." Without any answers, Shaera stealthily went into the tunnel with the sound booming off the caves walls. Creeping down the steep downhill cliffs. She tripped a bit and went down nearly landing on her paws, to find an underground rushing river. Laying her eyes on it, she carefully stalked over and lapped at the tasting liquid. Quickly coming back to the pack, with muzzle dripping wet from the sweet river. She barked joyfully. "WATER! There is a river here.. It tastes like a fresh meal from a hare" Addressed: The Pack Notes: YAY! What a relief.
